maisonette suite
115 m² on two floors, bedroom beneath an historical roof.
on the first floor: living room, office/spare room for a third person. bathroom with free-standing shower and bath as well as a separate toilet, changing room, old wooden floors, beams. there is a small staircase leading from the hall to the suite.
this suite was made available to the artist irene andessner for her metamorphosis project "i.a. mozart (?)".
